Ingredients:
1 egg
1 glass (250ml) (drinkable) yogurt
180 g. whole wheat flour
70 g. rye flour
½ glass oil
1 baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sesame seeds
200 g. white brine cheese
300 g. spinach
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220°C)
1. In a large bowl mix together the egg, ½ glass of oil and the yogurt.
2. Then put the flours, baking powder and salt and stir until evenly blended
4. Cook spinach in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and press out excess water.
5. Next you add the cheese and the boiled spinach in to the bowl with the other ingredients
6. Mix all together
7. Spoon the mixture evenly into baking cups and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also use flax seeds
8. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes

A well known saying goes like “you are what you eat”. What this message is trying to tell you is that if you eat healthy food, you will be healthy and if you choose unhealthy food, you will not be so healthy. When it comes to food, people like you and I have so many options. Right from childhood, we have been warned about foods that are not healthy for us and must be avoided as much as possible.
